Exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to take on a 360 degree desk in their newly created office in Parramatta. With a well-established client and candidate base, this desk yields high fees and is a key factor to the HR Partners teams continued growth and success. You will be surrounded by true experts in their field, and working with a wide range of clients from Fortune 100 corporates to SME’s and established preferred suppliers which are leveraged from Randstad agreements.
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Previous experience as a Recruitment / Resource consultant or a sales/ business development background
- A curiosity and interest in meeting people Human Resource professionals
- Strong communication skills and comfortable making sales calls to prospective and existing customers
- Resilient and confident to build your market presence
- Understanding the value of building long term relationships.
- Be driven by set targets and strive to exceed goals
