Your new company
Leading Government department based in Sydney’s CBD is seeking a highly capable and ambitious HR Generalist/ Advisor to provide support to the business on a 6 month contract with potential for a permanent position. This office is one of the government’s more unique working environments - if you like Wildlife, Travel and Tourism and work in HR this could be the place for you!

Your new role
This is a great change project role that will combine aspects of the following:

  • End to end recruitment duties
  • Supporting on ER/IR related matters
  • Assist on the development and improvement of the internal performance management processes
  • Coordinate the resources for L&D practices

What you'll need to succeed

You will have relevant local work experience providing you with an understanding of the Australian HR market. You will have excellent communication skills, be a highly competent coordinator, and be well versed in processing in a complex regulatory environment. You will also have experience working with a range of internal/external stakeholders.
