Hudson RPO are onsite managing recruitment for EnergyAustralia and we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join us in our Volume recruitment team on a 6 month FTC. Whether you love contracting, are on a WHV or want to try your hand in an onsite/RPO role we don’t mind as long as you enjoy volume recruitment, are a quick study and can work in a fast paced environment.
What you will be doing
- Recruiting in the volume space, that includes customer service and contact centre recruitment
- Developing relationships, collaborating and partnering with key stakeholders
- Delivering a best practice talent sourcing, attraction and assessment centre process
Who you are
- An experienced recruiter with volume, contract or temp desk experience
- Effective stakeholder manager with excellent engagement skills
- Client service driven with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience
- You can prioritise effectively, have good organisational skills and can multi task
