About the Role
The Role of HRBP will report to the Divisional General Manager HR and is responsible for providing high level operational support and advice to line management. Given the nature of the business and its workforce, you will help manage workplace agreement negotiations including managing EBA’s. This is a true HR generalist role which will see you working in a highly commercial environment.

About You
To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience in the infrastructure sector as well as a previous experience working within a blue collar environment.  Also, to be successful, the following is required;

  • Knowledge of HR management practices, ideally in the Construction/Engineering industry
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • High level of initiative and strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding the commercial impacts of advice
  • A pragmatic approach and strong influencing skills
  • A dynamic and commercial approach to HR service delivery; and
  • A Degree in Law, HR or related discipline
Note some travel nationally will be required.
