The Job:

You will need to be able to move between permanent, temporary and executive business support, in a range of roles. Our clients are high profile and well regarded and include Aged Care, NFP, Mining, Construction, Finance and Investment, Insurance, Government and Health.

Major Requirements:

  • Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to interviewing process
  • Demonstrated strong customer service that is knowable and market relevant
  • Work closely with candidates towards making a successful placement that satisfies both client and candidate (360 degree recruitment)
  • Ability and demonstrated experience of developing and securing new clients including networking
  • Meeting established clients and building on that relationship to get to know them better, and generate work within existing client portfolio
  • Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline so that both permanent and temporary roles can be filled efficiently and quickly
  • Able to work in a small and supportive team

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ year’s experience in end to end recruitment within the white collar office support space
  • Demonstrated experience and an understanding of business development and networking
  • A Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant qualification would be highly regarded
  • A person who has a strong sense of business knowledge and commercial acumen
  • A strong work ethic with a desire to succeed and deliver the best results to achieve budgets
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills that will match our brand
  • Ability and willingness to represent the company at all levels, including client and candidate meetings
  • Experience using FastTrack Data base would be well regarded
