THE ORGANISATION 
Your new organisation is a fast growing ASX listed business in the property sector. An exciting opportunity currently exists for a driven and commercial HR Manager to join their diverse and passionate team based in the CBD.

THE ROLE 
Reporting to the Head of HR, your role will provide strategic, change and operational HR leadership and support to a dedicated client group, circa 150 employees. You will develop stakeholder relationships, whilst working collaboratively with the broader HR team to drive the people agenda and achieve business goals.  Your role will also contribute to divisional and group HR projects.
  
THE CRITERIA 
To be considered for this role, you must be tertiary qualified in HR or equivalent with 6+ generalist HR experience. Your proven consulting and influencing skills, along with your resilience, initiative and ability to adapt and operate in a fast paced environment will be critical your success.
