Our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team is now looking for an organised, proactive person to provide professional support and advice to stakeholders to assist in eliminating occupational harm and operational exposures.
About the role
Based in either our Mt Waverley or Melbourne branch this is a highly visible customer and business facing role, providing proactive health safety and environmental advice and assessments. Operating in a technically and operationally demanding environment, the HSE Business Partner promotes good safety performance through building relationships and good governance.
The role will require you to be travelling across South East Victoria, main extent of SA, Tasmania and WA throughout the year so you will require a valid licence and vehicle.
About you
You possess well developed communication and HSE technical skills. A well organised person, you respond well to conflicting priorities and ensure closure of client requests within agreed timeframes. You have a range of experience from industry, from blue collar to white collar environments, and are comfortable communicating from the shop floor to senior management. You have exposure to contemporary return to work practices and have an engaging training style. You are personable, easily build rapport and effective business relationships with your colleagues and the businesses that you support.
This is an important role which provides an opportunity to make a genuine contribution to the business. You will need a current Driver's Licence and the ability to undertake travel throughout Australia. In return, you will work in a diverse team which is dedicated to supporting the ManpowerGroup business.
