With huge growth in the last 4 years, our Sydney office is looking to expand our Finance and Accounting business.

The Team

The Robert Half Finance and Accounting team specializes in sourcing superior candidates for a variety of clients including many global household names, whilst also maintaining a strong foothold in the SME market. These include banks, insurance companies, FMCG, property, Retail, Infrastructure firms and more.

The Role

As a Business Development Consultant, in addition to dealing with existing clients, you will be tasked with adding to your portfolio of clients through business development activities including, but not limited to, connecting to potential clients by phone, face to face meetings and networking within the Sydney business community.

Our Business Development Consultants operate a 180 methodology whereby, you be responsible for business generation, acquisition, pre-qualification, etc. You will partner with a Resourcing Manager who will in turn manage the candidate through the process of screening, interviewing, referencing, etc.

You will be strongly encouraged to view your 'desk' as your own business operating within the Robert Half business at large. As such, you will be trained on the optimum metrics by which to run and grow your business sequentially in order to maximize revenues thus ensuring your success.

To be successful in this role, you will either be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, Business Development Manager/Consultant or similar with a proven track record of achievement in personal income generation, have worked in business to business sales or you will have had a solid career as a Finance professional and be looking to apply your Finance and Accounting knowledge in this new and exciting career.
