GPH Recruitment requires the skills of a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant for our Kalgoorlie based office. This role will see you assisting with the sourcing of candidates for both short and long term placements. You will enjoy working in a fast paced ever changing environment while gaining useful experience to further your career within recruitment.
The Role:
- Client management and business development
- Advertising jobs & sourcing candidates
- Reference checks
- Interviews ( over the phone and face to face )
- Liaising with clients and candidates
- Organising medicals, inductions and accommodation
- Other administrative duties as required
To be considered you will have:
- Preferred previous experience in recruitment or Human Resources;
- Exceptional customer service skills, self managed, mature and confident;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong administration, organisational and computer skills;
- The ability to meet deadlines and multitask;
- Strong problem solving skills
- Current drivers licence
