About the Role
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a final year business student ore recent graduate looking for their first entry level position. This full-time, HR Intern role will see you supporting the HR team across all areas of human resources. This will include but is not limited to:
- Providing all administration support to the HR team
- Maintaining all HR statistics for the business
- Assisting with the recruitment process, writing and posting job advertisements and generating offer packs
- Creating the quarterly company newsletter
- Maintaining the Beiersdorf Website and HR intranet page
- Completing any ad hoc HR Projects as required
The Successful Candidate
You will be a student with a credit average in your final year of a business degree or a recent graduate, looking to start your career while completing your studies. You will be a committed, self-motivated individual with a strong ability to learn and a “go getter” with loads of initiative and the ability to multi task. An outgoing and friendly personality is a must, as is your strong attention to detail and excellent time management and organisational skills. In addition to all of these, you will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
