The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workforce Vendor Manager to join our Victorian team. Reporting to the Diplomatik Director, you will be responsible for a leading a Victorian infrastructure project, working alongside the principle contractor/ client to engage their suppliers, leading a small vendor management team, and ensuring success by providing expert service and advice. External to this large project, you will be responsible for building new sales and growth in Victoria.

Job requirements:

  • Ideally you will have proven experience working in a Vendor Management or Neutral Vendor Management setting, achieving best results for your principle client, and liaising with large volumes of Labour Hire, Subcontractor and Contractor suppliers.
  • Proven experience in complex recruitment or qualified HR industry would also be highly regarded
  • Proven abilities and experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Personnel management and leadership
  • Good problem solving, rapport building and influencing skills
  • You will need to be computer competent or technologically savvy (training on Diplomatik systems will be provided)
