HR & Payroll Officer, Sydney CBD, $75,000-85,000+super

A dynamic, vibrant, international professional consultancy who offer a range of services to their clients have a unique opportunity for a HR & Payroll Officer to join their growing team based in the heart of Barangaroo Sydney.

Your new role
The HR & Payroll Officer will manage fortnightly payroll for around 150 employee together with managing all generalist HR activities including transactional HR, employee relations, performance management and the interpretation of awards. You will partner with senior leaders in order to deliver HR initiatives and be responsibility for coaching managers and developing their leadership capabilities. Working as part of a global HR team you will also get the opportunity to support with project work as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in managing end to end Payroll together with a strong generalist HR skill set. You will have excellent employment law knowledge with the ability to interpret awards and manage employee relations cases independently. You will be driven,resilient and have the ability work in a fast paced commercial environment.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of $75,000-85,000+super together with the opportunity to work for a leading international professional services company in an autonomous role working as part of a strong international HR team.
