A unique opportunity has arisen at a leading Big 4 bank here in Melbourne's CBD to join as a Remuneration Manager within the broader Remuneration and Reward team.
This financial institution is in search of the ideal candidate to support them in remuneration consulting and analysis that will holistically support the reward strategy of the business.

About the Role:
- Support and advise senior leaders within the organisation
- Deliver services aligned with HR and Business Strategy
- Provide subject matter expertise to the BUIP's
- Help the organisation to reward their workforce
- Have global responsibility, with scope to increase this further as well
- Opportunity to work alongside colleagues in design, governance and implementation
- Mentor and lead junior staff and direct reports
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in applying complex remuneration knowledge - within large corporates
- Proven experience with international salaries and benefits and global efficiency programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Exposure to payroll and payroll processes
- Strong excel and financial modelling skills
- Design and implementation of remuneration and reward frameworks
- Strong attention to detail
