The Opportunity:

You will join our hard working Recruitment team based at our head office in Notting Hill. Your focus will be to recruit and attract talent to Kings on a national scale across Driver and white collar recruitment, engage with stakeholders and ensure a high quality of recruitment and candidate care.

Duties include:

• End to end recruitment including but not limited to: Taking job briefs, advertising roles on job boards, headhunting, phones screens, interviews, stakeholder feedback, reference checks and contracts
• Undertaking pre-employment checks
• Recruitment of company Drivers and corporate staff
• Regular liaison with stakeholders
• Regular liaison with new employees
• Manage your time to ensure a fair coverage of all open vacancies
• Networking
• Basic HR duties
• Reach and exceed KPIs
