About the role
The successful candidate will have a passion for HR, especially Talent Acquisition, be exceptionally well presented, possess strong written and verbal communication skills. An eye for detail is necessary for this position and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is advantageous.Assisting the Talent Acquisition team to start with, your responsibilities will include:
- Screening applications
- Telephone screening and shortlisting candidates
- Arranging interviews
- Updating and advising candidates on applications
- Assisting the marketing Team with day to day admin tasks
