This is full time position, 5 days per week - Monday to Friday. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess excellent book keeping knowledge, fantastic organisational, data entry and administration know-how as well as exceptional time management, multitasking and people skills.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the Recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation and post placement care.
- Preparation of employee contracts and letters of offer.
- Create position descriptions as necessary.
- Organise recruitment and selection including advertising and short listing applicants
- Assist the respective business Managers in the smooth functioning.
- Manage the Induction and onboarding of the new employees.
- End to end accurate processing of fortnightly payroll
- Maintenance of employee records
- Processing of new starters and terminations
- Ensuring processes and procedures are followed
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information
To be successful:
- 3-5 years of recruitment or a full function payroll position experience
- High attention to detail essential
- Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders at all levels
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
