Training Delivery & Administration Officer for Government Organisation
Your new company
A government organisation with offices Australia wide.
Your new role
A varied role within a large people & culture team, a sit within the learning and development division. You will evaluate training programs including induction, soft skills, leadership and management as well as the likes of IT training. You will support team leaders and senior managers in coordinating training programs, completing registration and attendance, bookings and conducting follow up evaluations. You will support the senior team with developing and updating current training materials and programs and provide general support where required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience in a learning and development or training support / administration role, working along-side senior team members and supporting leadership teams. You will have a positive "can do" attitude and be flexible to support the organisation needs. You will have excellent communication skills as well as have the ability to build relationships across the board. You will be systems focused, having previous experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft programs or other IT systems.
