Your new company
Our client is a well-known Energy business. Providing energy solutions to a wide range of clients. Head office in Australia. They have a strong presence in Melbourne and are continuing to grow. A strong commercial enterprise with an impressive growth plan for Australia. Due to new contracts won and planned growth, a newly created recruiter/on-boarder role has been created.
Your new role
You will manage the end to end recruitment process for the Melbourne Hub, looking after an important urgent requirement. Based within the large Human Resources team, you will be integral to attracting new talent. You will assess candidates for suitability, arrange interviews and offer the roles. Talent pipelining will be key to the businesses success.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in large volume recruitment and talent pipelining. Experience ideally from a white collar industry, however the client is open to all backgrounds. You will have fantastic stakeholder management and a passion for customer service.
