This leading Australian organisation has recently undergone significant change and transformation. With a focus on the well being of its customers and the community, they are a company with strong values and an excellent vision for the future.
Due to growth and change, they are looking for additional support in their Employee Relation team.
The successful applicant will have previous experience of managing a range of ER issues from basic to complex and will be able to investigate and manage a portfolio of cases.
You will have strong working knowledge of EBAs and Awards and will have previous experience of navigated high volumes of Employee Relations cases.
This is ideally a 3 day a week role and will be undertaken on a temporary basis for 3 months. The role could also be spread over 5 days with shorter hours to suit school hours.
