Job Description

 

  • Support the Talent Development Team in all things administration including but not limited to diary management, travel bookings, expense processing and IT enquiries
  • Manage the administration of the WPP AUNZ Academy – booking venues, facilitators, rooms, catering, chasing request approvals, tracking expenses, maintaining the database etc.
  • Event management
  • Assistance in room setups and clean-ups (both onsite and externally) as required
  • Manage the training email inbox
  • Be the technical contact for all online systems within the team 
  • Be the point of contact for all Training, Development and Wellbeing queries
  • Ensure all courses are invoiced to the appropriate participants companies monthly
  • Processing of Purchase Order requests for all expense purchases on behalf of the team
  • Be the point of contact for all finance queries    Prepare end of month and adhoc reporting for the team
  • Adhoc projects and function as required from time to time
  • Collateral design and implementation
     

 

Qualifications

 

ABOUT YOU
You will beenergised by helping others become their best selves. No formal qualifications are required for this role, however a minimum of 3 years experience in Business Administration is essential. Experience in an internal development team or training company and Event Management would be an advantage.

  • Strong computer skills including proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel etc)
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Exemplary communication skills both written and verbal
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise many competing tasks
  • Proactive thinker – be two steps ahead of everything
  • A thirst for learning and knowledge
  • Strong and flexible work ethic
