About the Role
Based at our Northgate office and reporting to the General Manager HSEQ, this newly created role will see you providing administrative support to the Safety team.
Skills & Experience
- Administration and document control experience within a health and safety environment
- Understanding of internal and external audit processes
- Solid understanding of OHS legislation and codes of practice
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess a proactive commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace
- Certificate IV (or higher) WHS
Duties
- Review and process documents received from Safety team members
- Monitor the data and compliance of Health and Safety registers
- Generate monthly safety data reports
- Occasional travel may be required
