Client Executive / Contractor Care Manager

Responsibilities will include:

• Contractor on-boarding, answering timesheet & payment queries, contracts administration & data management
• Contractor Care including a high volume of general phone & email queries
• Chasing timesheets
• Contract tenure management
• Front line point of contact for client enquiries, on behalf of account managers
• Working in a busy team and assisting other team members in Payroll, Sales, Finance & Administration

Ideally, you'll have come from a recruitment, payroll, contingent workforce management, HR background however this is not essential.
  
To be successful in this role, you must have

• Excellent communication and dispute resolution skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Self-driven/ motivated
• Able to work autonomously but also work part of a successful team
