You’ll pro-actively source for and build strong mutually beneficial relationships with candidates across Project & Program Services i.e. Project & Program Managers, Project Coordinators, Business Analysts, Change Managers etc. Forming long term relationships with candidates by providing high quality, sought after contract opportunities along the way.

A strong sense of urgency is required given the fast pace associated with Government recruitment. You will also have previous IT resourcing and search experience and a basic knowledge of the local market. High attention to detail and the ability to communicate exceptionally well both verbally and in writing are critical. The ability to build relationships with candidates via innovative sourcing strategies is essential.
