Our client is a niche engineering consulting organisation who is experiencing rapid growth. Based out a Macquarie Park, this is an initial 6 month contract with the potential to extend or go permanent. This can be an immediate start for the right candidate. 

This role has a reporting relationship to the National Recruiting Manger in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have a regional responsibility so will be recruiting end-to-end across the multi-site organisation for the allocated states. You will work closely with hiring managers, including the senior leadership team to understand business growth strategies, provide input from a resourcing perspective and deliver on a number of open vacancies.
  
The successful candidate will have the following:

• Experience in end to end recruitment from either agency or inhouse with depth of understanding across a range of sourcing strategies 
• Experience and proven success with creating direct sourcing strategies in identifying, attracting and managing top talent from industry
• Demonstrated ability to identify and drive operational effectiveness specifically the development of innovative direct sourcing strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication and an ability to influence stakeholders
• Exceptional relationship management skills across the spectrum with active and prospective candidates
