Due to our client's continuing growth, they are seeking an experienced permanent recruitment consultant to join their busy, successful and progressive recruitment organisation.
They are expanding their permanent recruitment team and are looking for an experienced consultant be part of that growth. You will be able to recruit within a sector of your choice and will run a cold desk from scratch - for both permanent and contract assignments.
About you:
Previous experience within a permanent recruitment role will be a distinct advantage. You will:
- Be highly motivated and committed to delivering great client and candidate outcomes
- Want to set and achieve stretch growth / sales targets
- Be innovative and determined in sourcing and engaging with suitable candidates, and
- Meet and exceed KPIs.
You will also have excellent written, verbal and relationship skills; be agile and able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market and ambitious to progress your career.
