CT Labour Hire is seeking a Recruitment Consultant with experience in the building, construction, civil engineering, trades industry and manufacturing sectors.

We strive to create a low stress work environment. The role is well supported by the admin team, our office and management system are well organised and efficient, All the team are helpful and friendly.

We requires a person who is highly motivated, takes initiative and can communicate well with both our Clients and Labour Hire Candidates. 

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Liaising with clients to understand job requirements
• Recruiting and interviewing candidates for specific jobs
• Keeping an up to date and active list of possible candidates
• Responding in a quick and timely manner to clients
• Short listing and advising clients of appropriate candidates
• Keeping client and candidate files up to date
• Maintaining Workplace Health & Safety standards and carrying our site inspections;
• Relaying accurate information to the admin/accounts departments in a timely manner
