Description
As a Recruitment Consultant you will able to carve out your own career within the Melbourne markets across your specialised discipline. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, developing and managing client/business relationships
- Selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business
- Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise Page Group's commercial performance
Profile
The successful applicant will be a hardworking graduate looking to build a career in recruitment. Great communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with people from across all walks of life are crucial to success in this role. Previous experience in a sales based role is preferred however, not essential. The ideal candidate will be a positive and confident enabling them to gain credibility and respect within their market from both candidates and clients. A Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent is required for this role.
