The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the OTR (On the Run) Human Resources and Training team, in this fast paced and diverse role. You will be working on the end to end recruitment including the identification, screening and appointment of our OTR site based employees. Reporting to our HR and Training Manager, you will utilise your excellent communication skills to liaise with varying levels of internal and external stakeholders. You will be based at our Head Office in Norwood however you will be required to work across a diverse range of convenience chains, as required.

The Successful candidate will possess:

  • End to End recruitment experience (within the retail sector preferred);
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Proven reliability and flexibility within a weekly roster;
  • Confidence in public speaking to a variety of small and large groups;
  • Ability to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders including job network providers;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines and targets;
  • Sound understanding of Recruitment Database Systems;
  • A team player who can think outside the square;
  • Sound Microsoft Office Skills
