This role has a dual reporting relationship to both the Asia Pacific Recruiting Director and Recruiting Manger in Australia and New Zealand.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic design and execution of lateral technology hiring in BCG. You will work closely with an Executive Leadership team to understand business growth strategies, provide input from a resourcing perspective and deliver successful lateral hire campaigns.

 

The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Develop and manage sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles
  • Help shape and implement the recruiting strategy by leading initiatives and contributing to global projects
  • Identify, proactively source, cultivate, assess, and manage high quality candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Drive diversity recruiting initiatives and efforts
  • Manage key stakeholders as a trusted partner and valued advisor; build a deep understanding of the BCG’s businesses, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
  • Articulate and present opportunities at BCG and the candidate value proposition in appropriate talent markets
  • Apply analytics and a data driven approach to recruiting

 

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Relevant tertiary degree (preferred)
  • Experience in technology recruiting with depth of understanding across a range of technology topics (i.e. enterprise architecture, cloud, agile, design, software engineering, digitisation, data science, digital strategy)
  • Significant experience in full lifecycle recruiting gained in an in-house recruitment team (preferred) ideally within a professional services environment or within agency recruiting
  • Experience and proven success with creating direct sourcing strategies in identifying, attracting and managing top talent from industry
  • Experience owing and driving a diversity recruiting programs
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and drive operational effectiveness specifically the development of innovative direct sourcing strategies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication and an ability to influence stakeholders
  • Exceptional relationship management skills across the spectrum with active and prospective candidates
