The Organisation:
Working with this large, complex business you will be required to build strong relationships and to represent the HR team as a trusted advisor who has a significant impact on decision making and results for the business.
The Role:
This is a specialist role, responsible for contributing to strategy, technical advice and supporting the HR teams. Establishing effective working relationships and exercise well-developed stakeholder management skills, effectively creating information and authoritative advice and applying a high level of judgement when dealing with complex and sensitive matters.
The Person:
The workforce is highly engaged and will value your contribution, it will suit an ER specialist who is an accomplished communicator, you will enjoy influencing and engaging your customers with your sound advice and professional demeanour.
To succeed in this initial appointment, you will be suitably qualified and experienced in providing expert advice and guidance on a range of HR issues and the ability to work in a complex, ambiguous and changing environment
