Your new company
Based in Parramatta, this organisation is seeking an ambitious and dynamic HR Generalist to join their team, providing advisory support to the business across all HR areas.
Your new role
Working with the P&C Business Partners and wider team, you will be responsible for providing value added, consistent and proactive HR support ranging from day-to-day operational assistance to implementation of critical HR initiatives and projects. You will support the Business Partners by conducting job evaluations, remuneration review processes, writing of job descriptions, leave management, employee relations issues, handling of resignations, career development support, training and development queries, recruitment needs, and provision of ad hoc HR services as required. You will coordinate, design and implement key HR projects including On-boarding & Induction, Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement etc. In addition you will be responsible for managing and updating HR records and policies.
What you need to succeed
You will have previous HR Generalist experience within in a large complex organisation or similar role. You will have demonstrated experience in end to end recruitment with a particular focus on interviewing & selection, and creation of job descriptions. You will have hands-on experience implementing and improving core HR processes - on boarding, off boarding, leave, performance management, probation review and changes to employment arranges.
What you'll get in return
This is an exciting chance to be part of a fast paced and dynamic team. You will be offered a salary of $80,000 - 100,000 + super.
