The Organisation are a leading financial services organisation with global offices. This role will be based in Sydney and you will become part of a collaborative training and development function working with internal and external stakeholders driving learning initiatives.
Your new role
As the Training Consultant, you will deliver training need analysis with your stakeholder group, identifying learning gaps and providing effective learning solutions. This is a key business facing role and will require design and development of training plans, training material (guides, manuals, workshop books etc) using Articulate Storyline. You will also drive additional learning projects, compliance and legislation training and LMS updates
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a commercial and driven Training Consultant with experience in driving learning and development initiatives with proven ability in training analysis, design and stakeholder management. You must have experience in using Articulate Storyline in order to design eLearning programs. You will be passionate about learning and have the ability to give blended learning solutions , and challenge/recommend any improvements
