A unique career opportunity exists for a generalist and highly strategic Human Resources professional to join this market leader in a huge successful professional IT services leader. This senior managerial position will be working alongside the directors of the business and is critical in creating and maintaining an innovative and focused HR infrastructure into the business.  Key responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager role include:

  • Ensuring that the business is an Employer of Choice, maintaining the positive and unique culture as the company continues to enter a growth phase.
  • Creating and implementing HR practices, policies and documentation compliant with legislation and the company's value and strategic focus.
  • Managing the HR strategy of the business.

High level interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and an innate ability to communicate effectively with all team members are essential skills for this position.
