The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the recruitment and pipe-lining of talent for the Logistics and Operational side of the business.

Description

• Analyse the need for recruitment for the business and actively source suitable candidates
• Establish a pool of talent, accessible at anytime to fill roles efficiently and effectively
• Suggest and implement ways to improve and streamline the recruitment process
• Work collaboratively with the existing HR team, using forward thinking solutions to achieve milestones for the business

Profile

• Must have 2-3 years experience in high volume / blue collar recruitment
• Needs to have experience recruiting for a large international company
• Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is beneficial but not essential
