This is a true generalist role where you will be coaching management in a wide range of HR matters. Your mature approach will be highly regarded as you partner with the business to help deliver key HR initiatives.
Key accountabilities include:
- Developing strong working relationships with staff and managers throughout the organisation to drive business results through robust people and performance activities
- Mitigating employee relations risks through targeted interventions and application of the organisation’s policies, procedures, and operating practices
- Facilitating the talent management cycle within the business to help build organisational capability.
- Supporting positive cultural and business outcomes derived from the organisation’s engagement survey.
- Providing timely and practical HR advice across all areas of the business and to key stakeholder group
What you’ll need?
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as a HR generalist in a large organisation wirh good Case managment experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or an equivalent.
- A proven track record in effectively managing investigations, addressing performance matters, grievances, and disputes;
- A resilient, constructive, and personable approach with the ability to work cohesively within a team
