Gough Recruitment are a medium size Recruitment agency that specialise in recruiting across the sectors of  Real Estate - Property - Development - Construction Recruitment. We employ 80x staff across our 7x offices in Sydney - Melbourne - Brisbane - Perth - Singapore - Hong Kong & Auckland and boast sales of over $20m Per Annum. Our business is one of niche markets and requires someone experienced to develop & lead our WA team. 

Currently in our Perth office, our team is needing a vibrant, energetic, results focused, experienced Leader to take lead and grow the business across all platforms.

This role will see you responsible for: 

• Leading the team of fun individuals to be the best they can be and shaping the Gough future in Perth 
• Training & Developing Staff
• Encouraging & developing a tight team culture
• Recruiting across an existing Desk in Property 
• Full P&L responsibilities for the Perth office
• Reporting directly to the CEO you will have direct access to strong leadership and mentoring internally & externally. 

This role is for someone from a Recruitment background who is looking to take that next step into leading a business and increasing your earning capacity or someone who is currently in a leadership role looking for a bright change! You will be  experienced and someone who is bright & self motivated who enjoys 'winning'. This is a fast paced environment & supported by a team of motivated individuals who will share your success & support you. 

Ideally you will have: 

• Previous recruitment experience is a must preferably in real estate / property but not essential. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage & lead a team of recruitment professionals 
• Motivation.. We want you to influence the future of this company

• Highly ambitious
• Proven business development experience
• LinkedIn savvy
• Excellent communication skills
