Our client now is seeking for a highly proactive, dynamic and adaptable HR Business Partner to join their Sydney office. In this role, you will be providing thought leadership and practical people support to the Consulting Team.
The Position
This is a great opportunity to work with the Consulting Team, making significant contributions across several strategic initiates including HR data analytics, diversity and health and wellbeing. You will be take ownership of major end-to-end processes and projects as well as influence and coach stakeholders with an authentic and empathic style.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Execute across a broad range of activities and initiatives to deliver holistic health and wellbeing program
- Lead and deliver the Health and Safety framework consistent to legislated requirements
- Project coordinate and contribute to the Diversity and Inclusion approach
- Coaching, supporting and advising employees on individual employee issues relating to their employment
- Act as a partner to our international staff so that they have a successful and fulfilling experience whilst working for the firm
- Providing analytical insights and people metrics to senior management to support people related business decisions
Skills and Experience
- Experience within HR, gained in professional services
- Experience in Health & Safety including injury management
- Degree level qualification in Human Resources (or related field)
- Strong in-depth knowledge of HR management principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coach stakeholders
- Highly developed communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve and think strategically
- Significant experience executing on people related projects
- Advanced level computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential
- Willingness to work collaboratively and open to feedback
- Is personally accountable, and demonstrates integrity and respect for others
