About the opportunity:
As market leaders, we strive to maintain our brand and market presence. Due to continuing growth and repeat business, we are seeking to appoint a Candidate Talent Coordinator to join our vibrant team and fast paced environment.
You will support your team of recruitment consultants by sourcing new candidates and supporting existing candidates throughout their job application process. You will contribute to the overall recruitment process by engaging with candidates who work or are looking to develop a career in the medical and pharmaceutical industry.
Role responsibilities:
- Attract the best candidates in the market within the medical and pharmaceutical industry
- Write and post job adverts and screen responses
- Conduct phone and face to face interviews with candidates
- 360-degree candidate care from the start of the candidate journey to the end, provide consultative support
- Day to day administration tasks of the recruitment desk
About you:
You will be a proficient communicator who is not afraid of picking up the phone, attracting talent and building relationships. Your ability to be flexible and work collaboratively will help drive results for your team will contribute to your success.
Experience and attributes:
- Degree educated
- Self-motivated and naturally curious
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous sales, phone or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent time management with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Great verbal and written communication
