This role is a key role within our GTO which will see you responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to permanent positions with our client companies across a range of industries. Your solid experience within recruitment will see you building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of our client companies’ recruitment needs and requirements.

This is a busy role that will see you supporting established business relationships by recruiting candidates to be placed with companies within a range of industry sectors. You will manage the vacancy for the company specification, candidate sourcing, placement and management of placement. This will include conducting candidate screening, testing, interviews, reference checks and relationship management with employers and candidates. This role requires someone with good attention to detail, previous GTO experience and who is excited and passionate about working for an organisation where they can continue to learn and grow!

The holder of the position will be responsible for, but not limited to;

  • Actively manage allocated accounts through regular client visits, consultation and communication
  • Ensure client/candidate needs are identified through consultation and tailored recruitment solutions implemented which exceed client expectations  
  • Coordinate and manages the recruitment process from advertising, conducting interviews, compiling candidate profiles, conducting reference checks and making the job offer whilst following our recruitment methodology and ensuring open communication
  • Actively manages the available candidate pool through regular communication
  • Maintains and supports growth within existing client relationships by delivering superior customer service and supplying quality candidates
  • Supports business development through the ongoing identification of opportunities, lead generation and client relationship management
  • Maintains and updates recruitment records and systems database management
  • Regularly reviews recruitment process effectiveness and suggests improvements

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally for trainees and apprentices
  • Clear oral and written communication skills
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to form, build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to effectively market and promote ARC to industry stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work to and reach targets
  • Solid problem solving skills with a focus on good outcomes
