The Opportunity
Thales is seeking a Resourcing Business Partner to join our team in Sydney. In this role you will be working closely with our business stakeholders to understand talent requirements and develop sourcing strategies aligned to these which add real business value. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time on our journey to evolve our strongly performing resourcing function towards world class, and as such you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in key projects in areas such as employer brand, diversity & inclusion, assessment & selection and early careers hiring. 

About You
• A true strategic resourcing partner, you’ll demonstrate a solid career within an in house recruitment environment
• Able to positively influence at all levels of the organisation, developing trusted relationships with Senior Executives, Managers and Candidates alike
• Bright, tenacious, flexible and with a strong outcome focus, yet able to operate in an environment of change with competing priorities and objectives 

Special Requirements 
To apply for this role you may require eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance. You may need to be ITARS cleared; therefore Thales need to know if you hold any other passport other than Australian, or have dual citizenship.
