A fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced internal recruitment function providing professional end to end talent and selection support. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will work closely with hiring managers across the business to ensure we attract and secure high calibre candidates nationally.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high volume desk recruiting across Australia and New Zealand
- Building strong working relationships and partnering with internal hiring managers to build trust and credibility in the recruitment service offer
- Taking meaningful recruitment briefs from hiring managers to ensure sourcing initiatives are targeted
- Developing strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates
- Phone screening and shortlisting well qualified candidate lists to hiring managers
- Promoting and utilising psychometric tools to assist in the process
- Providing hiring managers with coaching and advice throughout the process including providing the necessary recruitment tools and resources to assist in the decision making process
- Communicating with candidates as required and ensure they have a positive experience with our brand
- Developing and maintaining external relationships with preferred recruitment agencies to secure competitive rates and consistent service
As our successful candidate you have proven talent acquisition experience preferably in a high volume environment and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Given the geographically dispersed nature of our business you will need the ability to build great relationships with business stakeholders and have a relentless focus on achieving goals and exceeding expectations. You will stand out with your confident and persistent attitude, time management and prioritisation skills, outstanding sense of urgency and strong administration skills.
This role will allow you to work autonomously, while still being well supported.
