  • Part Time position 4 days per week
  • True generalist role where everyday is different
  • 12 month contract
  • $85,797 to $89,296 pro rata inclusive of super and salary packaging
  • (cash component $69,442 - $72,586 pro rata)

We are going through exciting growth and are looking for an experienced HR professional that is looking for a Part Time position? Centrecare is a not for profit organisation with just over 320 employees and is committed to delivering quality professional counselling, support, accommodation, mediation and training services; in over 11 locations across the Perth Metro, Goldfields and Bunbury region.

 About the role

We are looking for a true professional who can confidently interact with our Executive Management team providing generalist advice, end to end recruitment, performance management and training opportunities. 

This position will also require you to have a strong understanding of Award interpretation as well as legislative requirements under the Fair Work Act. 

Duties and Responsibilities 
• Recruitment of employees – Centrecare recruits approximately 100 new employees per year
• Complete workplace investigations such as bullying, grievances or health and safety related matters
• Provide IR advice and support to the Executive Management team
• Coordinate the performance management process
• Monthly and annual audit and reporting across multiple areas
• Develop and deliver training to all areas of the agency from the Executive Managers to ground level employees
• Manage and understand the WA workers compensation process and partner with our insurance provider to obtain the best outcome
• Event management
• Manage and update the Chris21 HRIS


Skills and Experience
• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline essential
• Three to five years of experience in end to end high volume recruitment (internal or external)
• Minimum of three to five years experience in a generalist Human Resources position
• Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and modern awards
• Ability to be flexible and resilient. 
• Experience with Frontier Software - Chris21 would be desirable
