We’re looking for an experienced Resource Manager to define and implement an ongoing resource management strategy for our Associates, commencing initially on a fixed term contract we do envisage that this role will become permanent. You will establish centralised processes for project resourcing across the region, reporting to the Regional Operations Director, your role will be to work with local teams to understand their project resourcing requirements and take ownership for the identification and scheduling of resources required to meet client deliverables. Where resourcing needs can not be met internally, you will be responsible for engaging our contractor pool as well as overseeing the recruitment of new Associates to ensure project resourcing demands can be met. You will also take responsibility for identifying, recommending and then implementing a technology platform that we can use to manage our resources more efficiently.
Critical to your success will be your ability to project and resource manage, ideally you will have done this before and will have an understanding of the technology platforms and scheduling tools available to support this function. Your ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external will see you establish yourself as the ‘go to’ person working with Consultants across the APAC region to manage their project resourcing requirements.
