Your New Role
There is currently an opportunity for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join the ARRA team. You will be provided with extensive on the job training to successfully launch yourself into your new career.
Located in Adelaide CBD, This role would suit someone who will go above and beyond the job description and likes to be challenged in duties outside their usual realm of:
- Becoming a specialist in their field of recruitment
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Interviewing candidates and providing authentic feedback on suitable opportunities
- Identifying talent using in house database, social media and advertising methods
- Be open to business development to generate new opportunities within your market
