We are seeking a highly experienced recruitment consultant!

Previous experience as Recruitment Consultant is required, ideally from sales or executive retail, consumer or digital recruitment.

- Review and asses current recruitment process to streamline and optimise current performance
- Manage all consultant and agency reports
- Review third party advertisement procurement channels and report on ROI
- Engage and recruit high performing consultants into the business
- Review and road map the agencies marketing plan
- Engage appropriate external parties to execute marketing strategies
- Performance manage and mentor existing team
- Seek and drive new areas for the business
