We are now seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our motivated and experienced infrastructure team. This is an exceptional opportunity to further develop your career within our specialist Engineering & Construction stream to ensure further success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing recruitment strategies with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with new & existing clients and candidates
- Executing end-to-end recruitment within the Melbourne market
- Providing advice as valued advisors to support senior hiring leaders from technical engineering specialists to senior management appointments
Ideally you will have:
- A proven background within the construction and engineering sectors.
- A keen personal interest or experience working within the recruitment industry
- A desire to move into a dynamic, energetic, people focused environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commitment to customer service and interpersonal skills
