We are seeking an experienced and confident Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant to hit the ground running. If you are from an agency recrutiment background and perhaps want to move to internal OR internal and just wanting a fresh change then this role is for you!

You will be base in central South bank location amongst a small and supportive recruitment team servicing the Victoria area. The company has a great culture and prides themselves on their strong work ethics.

Your responsibilities will include:

•Utilising a broad range of contemporary direct sourcing channels to attract talent. This will include proactive sourcing such as professional networking and targeted attraction of talent.
•Recruiting for a mix of blue collar and white collar roles related to the industry
•Ensure that all necessary procedures (Recruitment Policy and ATR) in relation to new hires is undertaken within required timeframes including the managing of recruitment related paperwork and sign-off process
•Participating in interviews and/or coaching hiring managers on interview practices when required
•Managing behavioural/capability testing and analysis if required.
•Provide high level customer service and relationship building with new employees and internal staff
•Ensure personnel files are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines for all employees
•Ensure payroll information is provided to the Payroll Officer in a timely manner to ensure pay is processed accurately and efficiently

You will have:

•Demonstrated experience providing an end to end recruitment service in either an agency or in-house role with experience in e-recruitment processes (experience with Taleo looked upon favourably)
•Exposure to recruiting within the blue collar space
•Demonstrated experience in general HR administration, coordination and planning
•Demonstrated experience in executing strategic sourcing approaches including LinkedIn and Professional Networking
•A strong focus in supporting and driving diversity and inclusion activities in recruitment
•Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and control own workload
•Tertiary qualification in HR or equivalent industry experience in a similar role is preferred
