We are embarking on a journey of growth and looking to employ a Resourcer to work alongside one of our Directors, who is also the head of our Construction division. In this role, the Resourcer/Trainee Consultant will:

• Source skilled candidates from internal and external databases
• Create quality job advertisements and manage applications
• Screen, interview, reference check and market candidates
• Maintain and build on our internal database and relationships

  
To be successful in this role, the Resourcer/Trainee Consultant will have the following skills and experience:

• Recruitment or commercial B2B/sales/telesales experience
• Honest, ethical and professional work manner
• Team player with excellent communication skills
