Key points:

• Requires experience in Case Management i.e. Career Coaching or Consulting Candidates in their job search
• 12 week contract - starting Monday 23rd July
• Rate $37- $40 p/hr

Key requirements - we are looking for someone who is:

• Consultative not necessarily has a consultants background
• Recruitment experience, not necessarily as a recruiter, possibly someone who has recruited their own staff
• Can have a professional conversation with our employees to uncover which career path they are wanting to take and direct them to the specific service offerings, as well as being able to do the job match part of the role which is where a bit of recruitment experience would be advantageous.

Day to day:

• Case manage Displaced Employees during placement period, providing support across Career Transition and Redeployment program
• Review Displaced Employee applications, identify suitability to role/s and advocate accordingly
• Facilitate group coaching sessions
• Adherence to legal policies and case management processes ensuring 100% compliance for audit purposes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Career Services operating model, processes and procedures
• Sound knowledge of Career Transition tool and Applicant Tracking systems with the ability to coach and consult via technology based learning such as My Career

Your background, skills and experience:

• Consulting / Career Services and Recruitment skills
• Case management and/or service orientated experience dealing with complexity
• Strong facilitation and influencing skills
• Training background preferred
• HR preferred
