THE ORGANISATION
This is a global financial services business with modern CBD offices and around 150 employees here in Sydney. This organisation posted fantastic financial results and is looking to grow in the coming years whole cementing its place in the corporate lending market. 

THE ROLE
This is an ongoing contract looking for the incumbent to hit the ground running on some key remuneration, HRIS and budgeting projects. Reporting to the HR Director and working with an HR generalist as well as the wider business to make an impact on some technical remuneration work quickly. 

There will also be a significant budget management element to this role and managing the financials around that. 

THE CRITERIA
You will be immediately available to start a contract role and have strong remuneration experience from the financial services sector. You will also have budget management experience.
